1. Introduction

Welcome to AffilyFlow! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by AffilyFlow I/S ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered under the laws of Denmark, with a principal place of business at Søndre Strandvej 56A. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the affiliate marketing platform provided by AffilyFlow, including all features, tools, and content.
• "Affiliate" means an individual or entity that has agreed to the terms set forth by AffilyFlow to promote merchants’ products in exchange for commissions.
• "Merchant" refers to a business that partners with AffilyFlow to be promoted by Affiliates.
• "Commission" is the monetary compensation Affiliates earn for successful referrals.

3. Account Registration and Use

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services Provided

AffilyFlow serves as a middleman between Merchants and Affiliates, facilitating the creation of affiliate links, tracking performance, and calculating commissions. Our Service is designed to make the affiliate marketing experience seamless for both parties involved.

5. Affiliate Obligations

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old. They are required to follow any specific guidelines set by Merchants regarding the promotion of products. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a warning or termination of the affiliate's participation in the Service.

6. Commission Structure

Affiliates can request a payout of their earned commissions once they exceed the minimum threshold of 200 DKK. Payouts are subject to a 14-day cooldown period. Commissions are split, with 80% going to the Affiliate and 20% to AffilyFlow.

7. Intellectual Property

AffilyFlow retains ownership over its trademarks, service marks, logos, website designs, source code, and proprietary software. Affiliates and Merchants are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use AffilyFlow's intellectual property strictly in accordance with these Terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. AffilyFlow reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, failure to comply with legal obligations, or at our discretion.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
